Tunjuk Pusuh Temple of Nusa Penida is in Mandeg Hill, which is the highest hill in southern part of Nusa Penida Island. Inside the main arena of Tunjuk Pusuh Temple, there is a menhir stone, known as “batu jijih”with 84 cm height and made of limestone rock.

In the old times, the caretaker of this temple consisted of three custom villages, i.e. Pelilit Village, Wates Village, and Tanglad Village. Due to economical limitations, two villages drew back and up to now, it’s only the people of Tanglad Village that take care of the temple, with 300 households heads.Piodalan(holy day) inTunjuk Pusuh Temple is held at Buda Kliwon Gumbreg every 210 days, as a form devotion to Ida Bhatara Bhatari based in Sad Kahyangan Temple, Tunjuk Pusuh Temple, Nusa Penida.

Tunjuk Pusuh Temple is located in Tanglad Village, Nusa Penida District, Klungkung, Bali. Tunjuk Pusuh Temple is quite far from the city center, about 25 km from Nusa Penida Port. The route to Tunjuk Pusuh Temple can travel through the road to Suana Village.
